As a subcontractor on critical projects, we bring industry expertise to support and enhance client operations, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.

Your Role: What You'll Do
  • Design & Planning – Develop innovative, cost-effective solutions to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical systems.
  • Engineering Expertise – Provide mechanical design services, including HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and plumbing system design (both interior & exterior).
  • Project Oversight – Conduct inspections, quality control, and submittal reviews beyond the expertise of construction managers.
  • Technical Documentation – Prepare detailed construction drawings, cost estimates, and technical reports for project execution.
  • Contract Support – Develop Statements of Work (SOW), evaluate bids, and serve as a technical representative during negotiations.
  • On-Site Management – Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of centralized heat, gas, water, and steam systems.
  • Safety Compliance – Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
  • Adaptability – Be prepared for remote, challenging conditions with potential for long hours, adverse weather, and urgent deployments.

Minimum Requirements

What You Bring to the Team
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensure preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in mechanical design, including HVAC loads, duct routing, and plumbing systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2012 or later) – Ability to create accurate facility and infrastructure plans
  • Strong knowledge of project development, contracting, and construction documents

?? Ability to travel domestically and internationally ??
  • U.S. Citizenship required for obtaining a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Expertise in Design Review, Project Mobilization, Quality Compliance, QA, and Safety
  • Experience with AutoCAD 2009 or later, plus Microsoft Office & Project
  • Knowledge of Capture Management & Project Controls
