Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
  2. Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
  3. Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
  4. Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
  5. Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheet
