This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong project management capabilities and a solid understanding of the ICT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of strategy, annual business plans, and departmental policies to support the organization's objectives.
  • Ensure the effective execution of go-to-market projects in line with business direction.
  • Lead, organize, and oversee ICT projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Support budgeting processes and monitor expenditures in alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage third-party contractors and suppliers, including performance evaluation.
  • Provide regular status reports to management and clients.
  • Integrate feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Monitor industry trends to enhance the quality and impact of proposals.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and prepare improvement reports.
  • Train, coach, and motivate project team members.
  • Define clear performance objectives and implement development plans.
  • Address team-related issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
  • Relevant project management certifications (APM, PMI, or CMI preferred).
  • Prior experience in the ICT sector is highly desirable.
