Sales Executive, Pre-sales

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business sales leads/opportunities in the fire protection, fire suppression, detection, firefighting specialties, and firefighting systems.
- Identify and maintain prospective clients to generate the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products portfolio and solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals (quotations, estimation & costing) and negotiate contracts with clients to close the deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors' offerings to effectively position the company's products in the market.
- Be customer-centric; generate leads from the retrofit (existing facilities) targeting end users and the new project/opportunities for fire protection systems.
- Target oriented: exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Market segment: Commercial, existing facilities/retrofit, and POG (Power, Oil & Gas).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience (4-5 years) in the fire protection/suppression, detection & alarm, firefighting specialties, and firefighting systems and industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Arabic).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Strong technical knowledge/skills and well versed with the fire alarm, fire protection, and firefighting system with respect to the industry standards (NFPA and local Kuwait).
- Currently working in Kuwait with transferable visa and driving license.
Engineering & Designing Responsibilities:
- Engineering & designing of the fire protection systems (fire suppression/detection, foam, firefighting, kitchen hood, etc.) as per NFPA standards.
- Preparation of drawings & layouts (design/shop and as-built).
- Experienced with the design calculation software and hydraulic calculations.
- Preparation of quantity take-off and estimation.
- Preparation of various documentation including the engineering/design/drawings submittals and technical proposals.
Additional Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- 4-5 years of fire suppression (FM-200, Inert Gas), detection system, foam system, and firefighting systems experience.
- Ability to grasp new technology and systems.
- Well versed with the fire protection and firefighting system with respect to the industry standards (NFPA and local Kuwait).
- Self-motivated and driven to work in stringent timelines.
- Proficiency in using estimation and design tools (software).
- Currently working in Kuwait.
