Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional and technical consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and guiding clients through the entire implementation lifecycle.
  2. Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionalities.
  3. Conduct functional and technical design workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  4. Identify functionality gaps and develop extensions as needed.
  5. Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
  6. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client needs and document setups.
  7. Draft business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions.
  8. Develop security strategies and implement security measures for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
  9. Assist in preparing validation scripts and testing scenarios, and support testing execution.
  10. Validate configurations and data integrity.
  11. Lead migration activities to move configurations, integrations, and extensions to production.
  12. Communicate effectively to ensure project deliverables are met.
  13. Collaborate with team members responsible for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
  14. Provide regular status updates and issue reports to project managers and clients.
  15. Share knowledge to improve implementation methodologies.
  16. Handle report customization, development, and third-party integrations.
  17. Manage workflow building, end-user training, and business requirements gathering.
  18. Perform patching, upgrades, and migrations.

Requirements:

  1. University degree in computer/electronics engineering, computer science, IT, or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a functional lead role.
  3. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion modules such as Global Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, etc.
  4. Hands-on experience with Fusion release 9 and Oracle Cloud implementations.
  5. Experience leading HCM implementations and upgrades.
  6. Ability to handle all project phases from analysis to support.

EBS Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years as an Oracle EBS 12 HR Functional Consultant.
  2. Supporting Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and Time & Labor modules.
  3. Knowledge of Oracle EBS HR module configurations and HR data extraction.
