Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Advanced Procurement modules.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge in Oracle SCM EBS/Cloud (Fusion) and a solid understanding of business processes related to inventory, advanced procurement, order management, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle SCM EBS/ Cloud (Fusion) solutions, focusing on Advanced Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide solutions leveraging Oracle SCM functionalities.
  • Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and design solutions to meet business needs.
  • Configure Oracle SCM modules as per client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules (Finance, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud/Fusion), with expertise in Advanced Procurement.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supplier Portal, etc.).
  • Experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion SCM implementations, configurations, and support.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle SCM EBS/ Fusion data models, reporting, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Oracle SCM EBS/ Cloud Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
