Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and close new leads for IT support contracts and outsourcing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients
- Conduct client meetings to understand IT needs and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and service packages
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate scope and pricing
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years), ideally in IT or B2B service sales
