Restaurant Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring outstanding service, operational excellence, and team engagement.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Leading and supervising all restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Developing and implementing service standards to align with brand guidelines and exceed guest expectations.

Managing staffing levels, scheduling, and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional hospitality.

Monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and driving revenue through effective upselling and promotional strategies.

Handling guest feedback professionally and taking corrective actions where needed.

Coordinating closely with the kitchen, stewarding, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and brand standards at all times.

Leading pre-shift briefings, motivating the team, and fostering a positive, service-oriented culture.

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.

What we need from you:

Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in managing operations, people, and financials effectively.

Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards and guest engagement strategies.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
