Bloom Hotel Kuwait is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Restaurant Hostess/Cashier to join our team In this position, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions at the restaurant and ensuring a smooth and accurate billing process for our customer.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Greet and welcoming customer in a warm and friendly manner.

  • Process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and checks, efficiently and accurately.

  • Maintain an organised and balanced cash drawer, ensuring all transactions/sales are recorded properly.

  • Generate, review, and distribute daily cash reports.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and provide exceptional service.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel and restaurant policies and relevant financial regulations.

  • Provide administrative support as needed, including filing and data entry.

*Qualifications:*

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar finance-related role is preferred.

  • Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: KD KD per month
