  • We are seeking an experienced SWT Crew Chief / Senior Operator to lead field operations on an onshore exploration well in Kuwait. This role involves hands-on operation of surface well testing equipment while supervising a small crew and reporting directly to the SWT Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SWT crew during rig-up, operations, and rig-down.
  • Operate and monitor well testing equipment (separators, choke manifolds, gauges, burner boom, etc).
  • Ensure safe execution of all procedures in line with HSE standards.
  • Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and escalate when required.
  • Complete daily reports / logs and provide updates to Supervisor and Client Rep.

  • Train and mentor junior operators as needed.

  • 5+ years' Surface Well Testing experience, with previous Crew Chief / Lead Operator responsibility.

  • Strong understanding of flowback operations, pressure control and test package layout.
  • Ability to work in remote, multicultural field environments.
  • Good communication skills and safety-first mindset.
