We are seeking a highly motivated and detail -oriented Accountants to join our Accounts & finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong & core background well versed in accounting principles, practices, financial reporting's. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial updates. Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with GAAP.Manage monthly close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results. Prepare and coordinate annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads to gather necessary data. Perform reconciliation of accounts, bank statements, and inter -company transactions. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice processing and collections.Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation for external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed. Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Stay up -to -date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices Requirements Bachelor's or Master's or MBA(Finance) in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis. Proficient in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills & must be a team player. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills Excellent in spoken & written English. Arabic reading, writing & speaking will be an added advantage Benefits Benefits as per Kuwait labour laws Salary is negotiable
