Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Database Admin Consultant with hands-on expertise in Landmark EDM/EDT Suite to support drilling engineering operations, data management, application administration, and performance optimization. The role involves close coordination with drilling engineers, real-time operations, and Landmark technology teams to enable efficient well planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, administer, and support Landmark EDM/EDT Suite applications
  • Manage and maintain EDM databases (Oracle / SQL Server)
  • Ensure drilling data integrity, quality control, and seamless data flow
  • Create wells and events in OpenWells and manage drilling data lifecycle
  • Provide drilling engineering support and data analysis for performance improvement
  • Troubleshoot EDM/EDT related operational and system issues
  • Prepare and implement EDM/EDT best practices and process guidelines
  • Support new technology implementation and integration
  • Conduct onsite mentoring and problem solving for drilling teams
  • Assist Landmark sales team for technical discussions and product promotion
  • Collaborate with Drilling Excellence & Standards teams

Required Skills - Technical Skills

  • Landmark EDM, EDT, IMPT platform
  • Oracle / MS SQL Server database administration
  • Windows Server configuration and administration
  • Drilling engineering systems and workflows
  • Oil & Gas drilling data management standards

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Minimum 10 years experience in EDM/EDT & drilling data systems

  • Drilling operations support (real-time or office)
  • Digital Oilfield / Drilling Digitalization background
