We are looking for a female Admin Assistant who can read and type in Arabic.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Filing and document control (staff files, company papers, etc.)

  • Handling government portal work such as staff visa issuances, renewals, and appointments

  • Coordinating with the mandoob (PRO) for submissions and follow-ups

  • Performing other secretarial and administrative duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • Must be able to read and type in Arabic

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets / Google Drive)

  • Other tasks can be taught and trained

Strong willed and organized admin / admin assistant to work for a reputable establishment in Salmiya. The candidate will be required to manage all office administration activities, including, but not limited to:

  • recruitment coordination
  • employee filing
  • mobile device management
  • stationary inventory and reorders
  • sourcing quotes
  • calendar management
  • email management and typing
  • staff coordinating
  • ensuring that all assigned tasks by management are executed in timely manner
