What you will do
  • Patient Registration: Collect/verify Civil ID, insurance, and medical data; ensure accurate system entry.
  • Insurance Verification: Confirm coverage, expiry, and benefits; secure pre-authorizations as needed.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and confirm visits; update daily schedule changes.
  • Customer Service: Greet patients warmly; address questions and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Communication & Coordination: Handle contact-center inquiries; liaise with clinical/admin teams for smooth journeys.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain records, assist billing/financial closing, uphold reception-area standards.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure regulatory compliance and protect patient data privacy.

  • Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)

  • Professional grooming with excellent interpersonal skills
