Are you passionate about health, wellness, and delivering warm, professional service? We're looking for a Health Club Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our fitness and wellness facilities. You'll ensure every member and guest enjoys a seamless, relaxing, and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

Greeting and welcoming members and guests warmly upon arrival to the Health Club and Spa.

Managing guest registrations, memberships, check-ins, and payments accurately and efficiently.

Providing clear information about health club facilities, services, promotions, spa treatments, and fitness programs.

Handling telephone and in-person inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with fitness trainers and spa therapists.

Ensuring the reception area, locker rooms, and surrounding spaces are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.

Upselling memberships, treatments, and retail products to maximize revenue.

Addressing guest concerns and feedback professionally, escalating when required.

Maintaining accurate records of memberships, attendance, and daily transactions.

Coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Upholding grooming standards and representing the hotel with professionalism at all times.

What we need from you:

Previous experience in a receptionist or guest-facing role within a health club, spa, or hotel environment is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of appointment/reservation systems.

Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
