Receptionist - Mangaf (Female)

Branch Location: Mangaf Area

Duty Timings: 8hrs+1hr break, 6 days a week

Female Receptionist will be the first point of contact to greet customers and will be responsible for answering phone calls, helping with customers questions about memberships and services, and processing payments or refunds and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Assist customers in finding their way around the Health Club/Gym.
• Maintains a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Manage incoming phone calls on the reception and Informs customers and visitors by answering inquiries.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Inform customer of membership offers and promotions
• Take the extra mile to engage with customers

Skills

• 2+ years of reception and health club fitness gym experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Arabic
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to cooperate and support other members of team
• Strong verbal communication skills in the English and Arabic language
• Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
• Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
• Local only in Kuwait with transferable Visa 18 only (Ahli)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD KD per month
