Job ResponsibilitiesJob Summary/Purpose:
Ensure adequate Parts availability, timely and accurate preparation of documents.

Operational:
1. Work on daily MRP and place Sea/Air orders to Principals timely and as per requirements.
2. Monitor and analyze Outstanding Purchase Orders and Supplies from principals to seek explanation for delays and take appropriate actions.
3. Prepare MIS reports on key Inventory parameters such as Lead time, On hand Stocks, On Order Stock, Service Rate, Air/Sea order ratio, Excess Stocks, and Obsolete Stocks and discuss with the Function Head to implement countermeasures.
4. Manage Principal correspondence as necessary.
5. Prepare Air/VOR, Special orders timely and as per Branch/Dealer requirements.
6. Obtain supplier quotations and arrange to secure necessary approvals.
7. Update the system with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data (POSS, Invoicing and Shipping related) received from principals.
8. Provide timely updates on GCC enquiries and branch enquiries in relation to GCC Parts.
9. Submit order forecast details to Suppliers upon approval from the Function Head.
10. Generate order dispatch summary report and Receipts summary report and submit it to the Function Head.
11. Monitor Liner performance and highlight abnormalities to the Function head.
12. Update parts and accessories information to branches in a timely manner.
13. Ensure timely follow up with Supplier regarding ETA / ETD Status after Shipment / Invoice.
14. Identify areas for improvement and recommend Kaizen ideas for implementation to improve operational efficiency.
People Management:
1. N/A
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
