Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative & Organizational

  2. Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  3. Handle travel arrangements and event logistics.

  4. Maintain to-do lists and ensure deadlines are met.

  5. Organize digital files, content folders, and documents.

  6. Track inventory, shipments, and product orders (for charms or events).

  7. Communication & Coordination

  8. Draft and send professional emails to partners, clients, and suppliers.

  9. Follow up on pending payments, invoices, and contracts.

  10. Communicate with event organizers, collaborators, and media teams.

  11. Take meeting notes and summarize key action points.

  12. Content & Social Media Support

  13. Assist with content planning, posting schedules, and engagement tracking.

  14. Help with captions, brand briefs, and influencer campaign coordination.

  15. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or editors.

  16. Prepare content kits or charm display setups for events.

  17. Event & Brand Activation Support

  18. Support setup, coordination, and execution of pop-ups and brand events.

  19. Manage materials — charms, packaging, and workshop tools.

  20. Liaise with event teams to ensure smooth flow and logistics.

  21. Personal Assistance

  22. Handle small personal errands or bookings for the brand

  23. Assist in day-to-day organization (emails, reminders, follow-ups).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD per month
