Club Supervisor

Join our dynamic team a leading fitness and wellness brand committed to delivering exceptional service and a premium experience to our members. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Club Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support front desk, fitness, and operations staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
• Handle member complaints, queries, and feedback efficiently
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
• Assist in scheduling, shift management, and staff performance evaluations
• Maintain inventory and order supplies when needed
• Coordinate with management on daily operations and improvements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Female candidates only (Ladies Gym)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, scheduling software)
