Job Description:

The Senior Cybersecurity Operations Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of Arc Sight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM), Logger, Arc Sight Management Centers (Arc MCs), Smart Connector and Flex Connectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, administer, and troubleshoot Arc Sight ESM, Logger, Arc Sight Management Centers (Arc MCs), Smart Connector and Flex Connectors
  • Organize repositories for configuration information and develop mechanisms to record and track network configuration changes
  • Interpret, analyze, and monitor compliance with Cyber Security policies
  • Review and update Cyber Security tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Install, administer, and operate Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, Confluent Kafka, Docker, Log Stash, Zookeeper, and Arc Sight products

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active Secret Clearance
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Computer Science or MIS, IS, Engineering, or a related field
  • One-year related experience can be substituted for one year of education if the degree is required
  • At least one baseline certification and one computing environment (CE) certification, such as IAT Level II, CCNP, CASP+, GCED, GCIH, CISA, CCSP, CISSP, ACIA, ARC-ESM, 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MCSA: Windows Server 2012, RHCA: Certified Architect
