Job Summary
A Lead Emergency Services Dispatcher position is available at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, where the successful candidate will oversee daily duties and training of the Emergency Services Dispatcher team.

Key Responsibilities
- Leads a team of Emergency Services Dispatchers.
- Receives, records, and manages requests for emergency responses, including Police, Fire, and EMS services.
- Dispatches emergency personnel to critical situations, providing pre-arrival medical instructions as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience as a Police, Fire, or EMS Dispatcher is required.
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card.
- Possess an active Secret Clearance.
- American Heart Association CPR certification and Telecommunicator I/II and Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification are also necessary.

Working Conditions
The selected individual will be subject to extreme heat, noise, and hazards, requiring consideration for physical and environmental factors.
