The candidate will assist the Emergency Services Director in managing services such as Fire Department, Emergency Dispatch, Police Desk Operations, Physical Security Mail Screening, Emergency Medical Services, Counterintelligence Screening Team (CIST), Installation Access Badging, and Defense Biometric Identification System Operations.
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing site management, supporting audits, preparing briefings, managing data collection and reporting, providing leadership and mentorship, ensuring organizational alignment with company values, liaising with Program Management, creating Statements of Work (SOW) for subcontracted services, monitoring subcontractor performance, and backfilling as needed.
