Daily Responsibilities

  1. Manage and nurture assigned client social media accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and building lasting partnerships.
  2. Collaborate with clients to develop engaging content and execute impactful social media campaigns that align with their unique goals and objectives.
  3. Craft dynamic content calendars and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and impactful social media presence.
  4. Write compelling captions that resonate with the target audience, capturing attention and reflecting the client's brand personality.
  5. Publish and repost captivating content across various social media platforms, utilizing best practices for maximum engagement.
  6. Monitor and respond promptly to client inquiries and comments, fostering meaningful connections and building brand loyalty.
  7. Generate insightful monthly reports, analyzing campaign performance and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
  8. Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  9. Collaborate with our creative and production teams to ensure the seamless execution of social media campaigns.
  10. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, contributing to the overall success of the team and the agency.
  11. Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  12. Wide experience and knowledge in the media field.
  13. Fully aware and up-to-date regarding handling social media platforms including but not limited to (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn).
  14. Be able to interpret and analyze social media analytics, providing monthly reports on updates and acting upon results.
  15. Maintain strong project management skills. This includes planning, executing, and managing deadlines with full responsibility and professionalism.
  16. The ability to think outside the box and contribute to innovative creativity that results in spontaneous and originative ideas.
  17. Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both the workplace and in dealing with clients.
  18. Being able to multitask and handle several projects under a potential heavy workload with the ability to maintain attention to detail and preciseness.
  19. Openness to the continuation of monitoring social channels and campaign-related matters outside official working hours.
  20. Attentive and proactive in approaching and dealing with the clients' needs.
  21. Outstanding time management skills in order to coordinate various campaigns with multiple clients at once.
  22. Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
