Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.">
  • Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance practices.">
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to maintenance and facility management.">
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.">
  • 7+ years of experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in a similar industry or sector.">
