Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and project activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and staff, providing training and assistance as necessary.
• Establish maintenance schedules for optimal equipment operation and minimal downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets by anticipating expenditures and managing expenses.
• Maintain compliance with safety rules and industry standards to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, such as work orders, repairs, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance chores based on operational needs.
• Promptly resolve equipment problems and crises.
• Recommend modifications to maintenance processes for increased efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in maintenance technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance practices.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to maintenance and facility management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in maintenance management software and tools
• 7+ years of experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in a similar industry or sector.

Work Order Completion Rate: Tracks the percentage of maintenance work orders completed within a specified time frame, reflecting responsiveness and efficiency.
• Equipment Downtime: Measures the amount of time that equipment is out of service due to maintenance issues, indicating effectiveness in preventive maintenance practices.
• Safety Incident Rate: Monitors the number of safety incidents related to maintenance activities, assessing compliance with safety regulations and practices.
• Employee Training Hours: Evaluates the number of training hours provided to maintenance staff, reflecting the commitment to skill development and safety training
