Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require technical assistance and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting Technical Issues: You will use your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Support: You will provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- IT Operations: You will assist with IT operations, including monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Certifications: A minimum of one (1) baseline certification and one (1) computing environment (CE) certification is required.
