Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require technical assistance and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting Technical Issues: You will use your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Support: You will provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • IT Operations: You will assist with IT operations, including monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Certifications: A minimum of one (1) baseline certification and one (1) computing environment (CE) certification is required.
