Appliance Repair Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our service department, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various home appliances and electronics.

As a repair specialist, you will work independently and as part of a team to diagnose and repair complex issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds will be invaluable in providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on home appliances and electronics
  • Conducting thorough diagnostic tests to identify issues and develop effective solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through every interaction
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering

Skills:

  • Product knowledge in home appliances and electronics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in PC and CRM system usage and data entry
