Customer Experience Specialist

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working with customers to resolve issues and improve their overall experience.
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service by assisting in the activities related to customer service functionality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive brand loyalty and sales by presenting an outstanding store environment.
- Ensure timely placement of products and services delivered to customers.
- Participate in regional work-through sessions and share learning outcomes within the retail teams.
- Map merchandising flow and partner with stakeholders to implement product merchandising, decision support, marketing and promotional strategies.
- Assist the customer service team in delivering world-class customer service by leveraging effective sales techniques and merchandising standards.
- Maintain performance management records and ensure fairness and consistency of approach and administration.
- Promote innovation within the customer service team to improve operational effectiveness and uncover new sales generation opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
