We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Fashion Retail Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Shopping Experience Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional Guest Experience, and supporting the implementation of key business initiatives in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers to inform business reviews.
- Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
- Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
- Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs (Service-level agreements).
- Ensure customer data is properly captured in accordance with marketing team requirements.
- Promote the loyalty program and stay updated with app offerings.
- Support in-store marketing events and activations.
- Stay informed about brand social media activities and campaigns.
- Drive sell-throughs within the store.
- Support in-store CX initiatives.
- Provide input on what's working well and what's not working well within the store.
**Requirements:**
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
- Prior retail sales experience, preferably in ready-to-wear fashion.
- Understanding of retail KPIs and selling techniques.
- Prior CRM and clienteling experience.
