  • This position will be physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP.

The ideal candidate should have data-analytics algorithm development experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in front-end web and back-end engine development. Responsibilities include software and algorithm design, HTML/CSS prototypes, and finished digital products. The role involves development, maintenance, and support of in-house web applications, intranet and internet webpages, and SharePoint sites, including SharePoint-based applications. Proficiency with XML and understanding of Rules Management in Maximo are required, along with skills in inbound/outbound integration processing, XML, Schemas, and XML Web services.

ResponsibilitiesThis position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
  • Development using C#/Python/HTML/CSS/JavaScript & associated frameworks, databases, and backend technology
  • Development of analytics, including statistical, graph, machine learning, and deep learning
  • Collaborate with the team to understand and refine solutions, UI, and backend
  • Participate in product development from concept to launch
  • Team collaboration and documentation
  • Provide technical support and assistance
  • Maintain software modules for web, database, and collaboration applications
  • Ensure software standards and procedures are followed
  • Assist in defining requirements and implementing solutions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field; equivalent experience may suffice
  • Must be a US National with a valid home country driver's license and active security clearance
  • Skills include testing frameworks, Git, DevOps, and proficiency in English and MS Office
  • 5-7 years experience with web servers in a Microsoft environment and SharePoint
  • 3-5 years development experience with VB, Java, .NET, or similar tools
