Job Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage and administer all activities related to contracts for works and services associated with oil and gas facilities projects.

This role involves pre-award and post-award activities, contract preparation, negotiations, and ensuring business provisions are administered according to contractual terms.

  • Pre-award activities include bid invitation preparation, query processing, evaluation programs, and award formalities;
  • Post-award activities involve conducting kickoff meetings, coordinating contract submittals, preparing variation orders, claims, and close-out;
  • Drafting Invitation to Tender packages for large O&G facilities projects;
  • Reviewing contract conditions, proposing comments, and suggesting alternative text/clauses;
  • Collaborating with legal, risk management, tax, and accounting personnel;
  • Participating in negotiating teams to establish contract terms and conditions;
