Senior Toolpusher Job Description

As a Senior Toolpusher at Linked4HR Human Resources Consultancies LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our land rigs. You will oversee and manage drilling operations, maintenance, and movement of the rig under your supervision. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in drilling operations, exceptional well control knowledge, and previous experience as a Senior Toolpusher or Rig Manager on land rigs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control all operational functions of the rig, including drilling, movement, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that drilling operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of rig crew members to maintain a high level of productivity and safety.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during drilling operations.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong preference for candidates with 3000HP deep drilling experience.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Toolpusher or Rig Manager on land rigs.
  • Valid Well Control certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
