About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deep Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining 3000 HP drilling equipment, with a proven track record of safe and efficient drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and oversee the drilling equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor drilling parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the drilling team to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.
  • Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Driller with mandatory experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling land rig operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
  • Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
  • Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
