Translation and Linguistic Services Project Lead

This role requires a highly organized and decisive leader to serve as the central point of contact between stakeholders in multilingual, multi-location environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the Contractor's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all locations and operational matters.
  2. Represent the organization in day-to-day activities, including meetings, reporting, and audits.
  3. Ensure delivery of contract services per the Statement of Work.
  4. Maintain 24/7 availability for coordination and operational oversight.
  5. Lead linguist teams across regions.
  6. Support tasking, deployment planning, and surge requirements.
  7. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve service delivery issues.
  8. Submit timely reports and deliverables, including KPIs.
  9. Uphold contract compliance with safety, quality, security, and personnel standards.

Qualifications

  1. Required Skills and Qualifications
  2. Hold at a minimum an active Secret Security Clearance.
  3. Proven experience in managing similar projects.
  4. Ability to speak, read, and write English at a TOEIC level between 785-940 or equivalent (ILR 3+).
  5. Willingness to deploy to Kuwait and/or Jordan.
  6. Ability to speak Arabic (Standard or Gulf dialect).
  7. Experience managing linguist or translation service programs.
  8. Familiarity with NATO, NSPA, or Canadian Armed Forces operational environments.
  9. PMP or PgMP Certification.

Requirements

  • You must hold a valid Secret Security Clearance.
  • You must have extensive experience in managing similar projects.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • You must be willing to deploy to Kuwait and/or Jordan.
  • You must have a good command of Arabic (Standard or Gulf dialect).
  • You must have experience in managing linguist or translation service programs.
  • You must be familiar with NATO, NSPA, or Canadian Armed Forces operational environments.
  • You must have PMP or PgMP Certification.
