About the Role:

The Brand Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective brand management. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and monitoring product performance.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing plans that meet business objectives.
  2. Leverage market research and analysis to inform brand decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of FMCG experience in brand management and S&OP.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
  • English language proficiency.
