Job Description:

This is an opportunity to work on challenging projects that involve designing and implementing software for various CPU architectures, including ARM, RISC-V, and X86. You will collaborate with a distributed team to create high-quality code, debug complex system-level issues, and integrate diverse bootloaders.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement software for embedded systems, focusing on security, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain device trees, kernel, and services to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Work closely with colleagues to review code, discuss ideas, and find innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of gadget snaps and ensure smooth integration with existing bootloaders.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A solid understanding of Linux and modern GNU/Linux distributions, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.
  • Experience with C or Golang, and Shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with low-level systems and security facilities, such as bootloaders, systemd, and TPMs.
  • Personal or professional experience with Linux-capable devices, such as Raspberry Pi.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
