We are hiring Embedded IoT / Edge Solutions Sales professionals to expand in industries like Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Systems, Robotics, and Telco, focusing on candidates familiar with embedded Linux and RTOS. We are also hiring Sales Managers and Regional Directors as we grow.

Our IoT offerings include Ubuntu Core, emphasizing security and resilience for high-end devices, with customers across consumer electronics, automotive, and robotics. The role involves prospecting, strategic account development, and selling open source, services, and software solutions to organizations developing embedded and IoT devices.

Ideal candidates will be capable of positioning solutions, building relationships, and understanding enterprise procurement and decision-making. The role requires energy, ambition, and focus, with a long-term view of career growth.

Location is flexible across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, with regional travel expected.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Territory planning and prioritization of security-focused brands
  • Collaborating with marketing to increase brand awareness
  • Developing pipeline through outreach and industry events
  • Closing deals to meet sales targets
  • Managing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Working with technical teams to understand customer needs
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers
Qualifications:
  • Strong academic background and technical degree
  • Experience in field sales, especially in embedded Linux or enterprise software
  • Proven sales success and large account wins
  • Passion for technology and personal projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel internationally and regionally
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
