The Role: You will be responsible for creating and implementing a results-driven communications strategy that aligns with our corporate vision while reflecting local priorities. This includes developing and managing all marketing materials, as well as executing online marketing activities such as social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and lead generation. Additionally, you will track the effectiveness of various campaigns, make data-driven decisions, and optimize your approach as needed. You will also collaborate with vendors and agencies to create localized marketing activities and supporting assets. Furthermore, you will lead the planning and implementation of PR initiatives related to our brand, develop comprehensive digital marketing programs, and work closely with content marketing and design teams to create engaging content for each stage of the customer journey. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing and optimizing the design and content of our online assets, including our website and social media pages, as well as allocating budgets to different channels and using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance. To measure the success of our campaigns, you will analyze results, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations. You will also plan and execute CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives, using customer insights to inform effective CRM campaigns. Finally, you will drive business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns, and testing and optimizing marketing tactics to boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.

Ideal Profile: You should have at least 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications within the Financial Services and Internet industries. Experience in the financial sector would be an advantage. You must be highly goal-oriented, able to thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong analytical skills, and be comfortable working with numerical data. You should also pay close attention to detail and deliver high-quality work. With these qualities, you will excel in this role and contribute to the continued success of our company.
