">The Role
">As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities. You will create and manage all marketing material and collateral, ensuring alignment with brand direction.
">You will implement online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, and track the effectiveness of various campaigns, making adjustments as needed. In addition, you will manage communications spend and collaborate with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities, developing supporting assets.
">Key duties also include leading the planning and implementation of PR initiatives related to the brand, developing comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with brand plans and business priorities, and working closely with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
">Furthermore, you will review and optimize the design and content of all online assets, including the company website and social media pages, and plan and control the digital marketing budget, allocating budgets to different channels. You will utilize A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations, generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
">Additionally, you will plan and execute CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives, leveraging customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns. Your role will involve measuring, monitoring, and analyzing the effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs), driving business growth through innovative ideas and campaigns, and testing and optimizing marketing tactics to boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.
">Ideal Profile
">We seek candidates with at least 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications within Financial Services and the Internet industry. Experience within the financial sector is a significant advantage. You must be highly goal-driven, comfortable in fast-paced environments, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to effectively handle numerical data.
