Job Description

This role reports to the VP of Finance and serves as a business partner to the China and APAC Commercial Teams. The position involves modeling and business cases for partnerships, deals, and new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver insights that drive profitable growth and support business in maximizing this growth.
  • Support the China and APAC Commercial teams to achieve their goals, including forecasting review and variance analysis.
  • Implement spending control, approval processes, and process improvement to minimize administrative time spent by the Commercial Team while ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Customer Operations teams to gather input for accurate forecast and reporting of top line and expenses.
  • Prepare AOP P&L with Commercial Teams and develop measures to reach targets.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years of experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A capacity.
  • Possesses relevant business and industry trend knowledge, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work within a complex matrix structure.
  • Demonstrated comfort in all aspects of decision making, including highly complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Solid interpersonal and decision-making skills along with a take charge attitude, sense of urgency, and flexibility to adapt and respond to complex and changing needs of the organization.
