Job Position: Female Fitness Trainer

Location: Kuwait

We are currently seeking qualified female coaches who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our female clients at our studio in Qatar.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of up to 36-45 clients
  • Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions
  • Build client attendance and retain current clientele
  • Ensure safety regarding heart rate and exercise technique
  • Modify exercises to accommodate various skill levels
  • Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and educational presentations
  • Handle member concerns when applicable
  • Collaborate with the team to build membership and studio culture
  • Must conduct at least 2 classes per week
  • Be passionate, positive, and energetic, helping people achieve their best
  • Motivate members and provide a world-class fitness experience
  • Create an upbeat, high-energy environment during classes
Job Qualifications:
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Positive, motivating interpersonal skills
  • Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
  • Hold one of the following nationally accredited fitness certifications: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA, or ISSA
  • Bachelor's degree in an exercise-related field (preferred)
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in group or personal training
