Job Description
In this pivotal position, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our clients. You'll leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to address their concerns, provide tailored solutions, and drive loyalty.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, creating opportunities for long-term growth and engagement.
- Engage in proactive issue resolution, escalating complex matters when necessary to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies to foster trust, understanding, and advocacy among clients.
- Promote our premium services, such as membership and Buy4me, aligning them with clients' evolving needs and goals.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements within the client service team.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries, leveraging collective expertise for the benefit of our customers.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable institution, preferably with 2+ years of customer-facing experience in Kuwait.
- Proven salesforce proficiency is an asset, but not a requirement.
