  • Provide administrative & operational support, including managing day-to-day tasks, preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for sustainability projects.">
  • Support research projects by collecting data, reviewing reports, and summarizing findings.">
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, assist in grant applications, and coordinate logistics for guest speakers and participants.">
  • Help update website content, coordinate announcements, and ensure effective communication and outreach.">

Key Responsibilities

    3. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for sustainability projects.">
    4. Maintain and update databases related to sustainability research, partnerships, and projects.">

    2. Plan and organize conferences, workshops, and sustainability initiatives.">
    3. Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and accommodations for guest speakers and participants.">
    4. Ensure effective event planning and execution.">

    2. Collect data, review reports, and summarize findings to support research projects.">
    3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnerships.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 10 years of experience in a relevant field.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.">
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Experience in event planning, project coordination, or administrative support is preferred.">
