About the RoleThe Large Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relations with a dedicated number of large accounts to sell Zain products & services, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Support large segment managers in developing sales plans by providing input regarding managed accounts.
- Develop and manage relationships with assigned large accounts, identifying new customer needs and sales opportunities.
- Implement sales initiatives to hunt new large accounts and cross-sell/up-sell existing ones.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in own verticals and accounts.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, aligning with relevant policies and processes.
- Offer customer insights to Marketing to support new product/service development.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate with excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of large corporations and industry players.
- Ability to analyze situations and produce creative solutions.
- Working knowledge of MS Office skills, including basic business case modeling.
