Job Description
The Lab Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of laboratory operations at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. This includes developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting regular audits, and providing technical support to laboratory staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of laboratory operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support to laboratory staff, including training and guidance on laboratory techniques and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including ISO 9001 and HACCP principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services, ensuring alignment with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development of technical documents, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and regulatory submissions.
