Key Responsibilities

As a Luxury Beauty Retail Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Boutique Performance and Operation: Lead the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets, provide monthly and annual reports to management, and oversee daily operations such as administration, inventory management, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store's vision, act as a coach for team members, and monitor their development plans and professional growth.
  • Customer Service & Product Management: Ensure staff is trained on products and demonstrates to customers, resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, keep up with promotional initiatives and shopping events, and work with the area manager to improve product performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership role within Beauty or Fashion.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
