Project Overview

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU-funded project 'Strengthening Egyptian Nuclear Safety and Radioprotection Regulatory Infrastructure'. Our mission is to enhance the regulatory capacity of the Egyptian Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (ENRRA), ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.

Job Role

We are seeking an experienced nuclear safety expert to join our team as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will lead the development of a comprehensive plan to strengthen ENRRA's regulatory capacity, collaborate with the core team to implement the project, and mentor and guide local staff to build their capacity in nuclear safety regulation.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant discipline;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in nuclear safety, including 7 years in project management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in managing multinational teams;
  • Working knowledge of the EU regulatory environment.
