The Warehouse Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating shipments and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Coordinating shipments and deliveries with suppliers and customers.
  • Verifying quantities and qualities of received items against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Applying barcode labels to cases as needed.
  • Organizing items on shelves according to established procedures.
  • Assisting buyers in ordering merchandise and supplies.
  • Documenting storage and transportation of materials.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the warehouse, records area, and stores area.
  • Providing information on procedures and resolving discrepancies related to receipts and deliveries.
  • Monitoring minimum order levels and keeping track of slow-moving, dead, or obsolete items.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of experience in running stores independently.
  • Knowledge of stores management, MS Office, internet browsing, and accounting software applications.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to lift and carry items as needed.
