We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Coordinating shipments and deliveries with suppliers and customers.
  • Verifying quantities and qualities of received items against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Applying barcode labels to cases as needed.
  • Organizing items on shelves according to established procedures.
  • Assisting buyers in ordering merchandise and supplies.
  • Documenting storage and transportation of materials.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the warehouse, records area, and stores area.
  • Providing information on procedures and resolving discrepancies related to receipts and deliveries.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the same role.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
