Lead Visionary for Private Training Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to spearhead the development of our private training programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can create, manage, and drive innovative private training solutions that meet market demands and foster organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in program development, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a strategic plan for private training programs aligned with industry trends and market needs.
  • Foster partnerships to enhance program visibility and impact.
  • Design, develop, and deliver customized training solutions based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure quality content and delivery methods.
  • Oversee program administration, including marketing, enrollment, and participant evaluation.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of instructors and support staff to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

About This Role

This position requires a bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field, along with significant experience in private training, corporate education, workforce development, or a related field.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of program development and management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
